Continental Custard this Thursday, 1/06

Back at NYC's Continental this Thursday, 1/06, at 8:45 PM. Can ya believe those guys at the Continental? I mean, what noiv! Do they think they can call us whenever they want (they can) and expect us to play a short-notice, next-night gig (we will), and that we have nothing else to do (we don't) but rush out on a moment's notice to play a free gig at their club? (actually, playing for free would be a significant raise)... Soooo.. This Thursday, January 6, 2005 we'll be playing a 30 minute set at 8:45 PM at The Continental....The Continental runs on schedule, so timeliness is of the essence. Thanks to our pals who came out on a mizzzzerable pre-Tsunami night, braving rainstorms and impending Messianic celebrations to catch our 12/23 show. A raucous time was had by all and we thank you for your attendance & enthusiasm! What a year so far, eh? Natural disasters of Biblical proportions, daily Iraqisms, a plummetting stock market, an Amber Frey book & TV interviews....2005 is starting out wif quite a bang, especially for our very own guitarist Chris, who's already chalked up his first barroom brawl and bicycle wreck of the year as of the 3rd....way to go rock star!!
